JOB TITLE: HR Manager

Location- Lagos.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

· Responsible for the management of the day-to-day operations of all HR personnel & administrative matters guided by the implemented HR procedures and policies.

· Provide strategic leadership to the HR functions across the business units within the medical unit of the group.

· Coordinate all Learning and development programs across the medical unit of the group.

· Payroll Management.

· Employee Relations & Communication.

· Policy Management.

CRITICAL REQUIREMENTS:

· Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

· CIPM/CIPD/HRCI/SHRM membership/certification is an added advantage.

· Minimum 6 years of relevant working experience, 2 of these must be at supervisory level of a medium sized organization.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

· Use of MS office suite.

· Interpersonal skills.

· Multitasking.

· Time management.

· Ability to work with minimal supervision.

· Coaching.
